Directive may also collect "non-personal information" meaning it can’t be used to specifically identify any persons. Directive shall not be responsible for the actions of third party people, companies or services, the content of third party sites or services, the use of information You provide to them or any products or services they may offer.

Personal information may be collected and used for providing our services, the purposes of creating Game accounts, user profiles, playing or using, maintaining and developing the Game or other Directive services, contacting Users, providing services and products, sending customer information and for purpose of marketing and/or serving ads to Users, enabling game play and communication in the Game and between Users, conducting research and creating reports.
Directive will pursue to take appropriate measures in order to prevent unauthorized access to personal information, any inappropriate use thereof and any possible inaccuracies. All personnel processing personal information are obliged to keep such information strictly confidential. We store information on servers located worldwide via Amazon web services and may store information on servers and equipment in various countries.
By using the Game You always disclose information about yourself to Directive. To enable You to interact with other Users, Directive may at times offer You the ability to post content in connection with Your use of the Game (including blogs, message boards, chat rooms or other forums such as Directive’s Facebook page). By interacting with others, You may choose to disclose information about yourself to other users, and any such information is public information, and there is no expectation of privacy. Directive is not responsible for any personal (or other) information You choose to make public in the Game.
Collected Information and Sources and Accuracy of Information
The type of information We collect and store will vary depending on the Game and activity. We may collect the following personal information:
• Your profile picture, name, age/birthday, gender
• Email or mail address
• Social networking service ID
• IP (Internet Protocol) address
• Approximate location based on IP address (and latitude and longitude, subject to Your approval)
• Mobile device unique ID, hardware type and operating system version and other information as described here below
The above information will be collected from Users when they sign up for the Game or enter the Game from third party services, including social networking services, or later in connection with Your use of the Game or other Directive Services. The Game may be able to connect to your social networking services and profiles to obtain information about You when You consent to allow your social networking services to make that information available to Directive and, consequently Directive may be able to collect certain information from your social networking profile when your social networking services permits to make that information available. Such information We collect when You connect your user account to a social networking service may include: (1) your name, (2) your user name and/or other user identification, (3) locale, city, state and country, (4) sex, (5) birth date, (6) email address, (7) profile picture or its URL, and (8) the user identification for your friends in that social networking service who are also connected to the Game.
IP-addresses, unique identifiers, operating system, access times, browser and device type and data, language and referring web site addresses may be collected automatically also when You use the Game or visit the directivegames.com or other Directive services. Directive may use this information to monitor and analyze the use of the services, contact You about your experience with Directive sites and notify You about company news and promotions. Directive collects data about all of Users’ interactions with the Game and with the other players inside the Game (including chat) via server log files and other activities in the Game and within Game related services. We may, at our own initiative or upon a User’s request, complement, correct or delete incomplete, inaccurate or outdated personal information.
Directive may offer You the opportunity to invite your contacts (such as your Facebook friends) from a social networking service and/or You can invite them to join You in the Game. Such contact information that You may provide for this purpose will be used only for sending communications to your contacts. You or your contacts may contact us at email@example.com to request the removal of such information from our information base (in the event We store any such information).
Disclosing and Transferring Your Information
Directive will not disclose personal information stored in the register to third parties for direct marketing, market research, polls or public registers without Users consent. However, the information or profiles might be used for targeted in-game marketing (including serving ads to Users) and other similar purposes. Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, personal information may be disclosed to third parties if required under any applicable law or regulation or order by competent authorities, or in order to enforce the End User License Agreement of the Game and to investigate possible infringing use of the Game as well as to guarantee safety of the Game.
Directive may share Your information in connection with any merger, sale of our assets, or a financing or acquisition of all or a portion of our business. We may engage other entities and individuals to perform services on our behalf. e.g. for analyzing data and in connection with the performance of services these service providers may have access to your personal information.
Aggregate or anonymous information about You may be shared with advertisers, publishers, business partners, sponsors, and other third parties. If You give your consent to share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes, such marketing shall be governed by their separate privacy policies.
Our Policy regarding Children
We are a general audience service directed to and intended for users 13 and over, and Directive will not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13. Although We make good faith efforts to store the information collected on the services in a secure operating environment that is not available to the public and use only reliable partners (such as Amazon), We cannot guarantee the absolute security of that information during its transmission or its storage on our systems.
Tracking technologies and Third-party Services
Also, various third parties are developing or have developed signals or other mechanisms for the expression of consumer choice regarding the collection of information about an individual consumer’s online activities over time and across third-party web sites or online services (e.g., browser do not track signals). Currently, we do not monitor or take any action with respect to these signals or other mechanisms.

If You opt-out, Directive may still send You non-promotional customer information, such as emails about Your account or Directive’s ongoing business relations. If you have accepted locating You (latitude and longitude) by the Game of by any other, app You may opt-out for such location based services only by uninstalling the Game/app.
